Cancellation Policy

At Morales Community Consulting, we value our clients’ time and are committed to providing reliable and professional consulting services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations at any time. However, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be considered a “no-show.” Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may also be subject to the same policy.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments, preferably with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for both parties based on availability.

Refund Policy

If any payments have been made in advance for consulting services, eligibility for refunds will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
